Orders, excluding items not available for delivery, will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Back orders will be kept for a maximum of 4 weeks then will automatically cancel.
All items will be delivered by Canada Post. Orders of 3 or more items will be shipped by Express Post.
Products will only be delivered within Canada. No exports.
Returns are not allowed, except in the following instances:
Product is received damaged or defective
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please return it, to the address listed below, as soon as possible for a replacement. Please return the item with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Please include a letter stating the reason for the return.
Product received is not what you ordered
Please return item in its original wrapping to the address listed below with the original invoice and include a letter stating the reason for the return. If the error was at fault of Universal Music Canada Inc. then the shipping charges to return the product, if returned via regular mail only, will be credited towards your next purchase.
